Bill Westcott is a seasoned strategist and business development leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth for companies operating within technology, and data-driven ecosystems. Fueled by a passion for creativity, problem-solving and value creation, Bill excels at formulating strategy and building programs that unlock new revenue streams and propel businesses forward.

Throughout his career, Bill has consistently delivered impressive results. Most recently at Branch Metrics, he built the company’s Solutions Partner program from the ground up, generating millions annually in qualified new business pipeline and partner-attached renewal revenue. As a consultant, Bill has also played a pivotal role in shaping the success of numerous companies. For Braze (BRZE), he developed a pre-IPO market positioning strategy that continues to be core to their narrative as a now publicly traded company. He also spearheaded the business development of a pilot program for Blockgraph (incubated inside Comcast/NBCU), which secured $10 million in funding and led to a successful spinout/joint venture.

Bill is a skilled storyteller and thought leader, adept at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and stakeholders. His strong foundations in management consulting, brand strategy, and marketing communications, allow him to approach strategic problem-solving and business development challenges with a holistic perspective. 

His ability to provide incisive marketplace analysis and strategic differentiation has supported high-impact consulting engagements as an EVP at MediaLink (a UTA company) for industry giants such as Google/YouTube, The New York Times, and Sumitomo Corporation as well as brand strategy efforts for blue-chip clients such as Cisco and Allstate while a partner at CoreBrand (Tenet Partners).
