With a proven trajectory spanning data-driven marketing, retail management and social impact leadership, Elissa Wilson possesses a multifaceted expertise in strategic decision-making, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. She brings a proficiency in merging business transformation with philanthropic endeavors to create sustainable, positive change within organizations.

Elissa’s career started on the agency-side helping retailers extract actionable insights from complex datasets to drive marketing results. This acumen, coupled with a servant leader ethos, propelled her through roles where insights were transformed into impactful strategies and culminated as General Manager of the Disney Store business in North America. There she led a 300% growth in the ecommerce business and a transformation of the in-store Guest experience.

However, Elissa’s true superpower lay in her ability to forge alliances that span functions and transcend hierarchies which led to a pivot from commerce to compassion in the role leading Corporate Social Responsibility for The Walt Disney Company. She seamlessly united disparate teams towards shared objectives through the lens of equity, inclusivity and sustainability and built an internal function focused on showcasing the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues of greatest priority to the Company.
Currently, Elissa’s mission is to help others achieve their business objectives while simultaneously fostering positive societal change. She helps to empower businesses with innovative strategies that drive growth, enhance employee engagement, and create a lasting impact on both their organization and the communities they serve.
