Driving Customer Growth through Operational Execution

Oliver is an executive with extensive digital experience in operational execution. He has run digital divisions as President and COO of companies in the media and ad technology space including Time, Sports Illustrated, MediaNews Group, PointRoll, Gannett and AccuWeather. He understands operational pivots and the importance of process and structure to deliver superior results.

After a lengthy career at Time Inc., including seven years at Sports Illustrated, Oliver founded Work Well Digital, a consulting company designed to help CEOs drive growth by eliminating process issues, structural friction, and cultural differences. He has worked with companies such as AccuWeather, Nasdaq, IMAX, Speakr, Shoutem, and PubOcean. His focus is on operational growth strategies to improve revenue velocity.

His career has been spent building for growth, especially where disruption and changing market conditions value efficiency, superior leadership and brilliant execution. 

Oliver is proficient in managing both organizational crises and architecting change with integrity and transparency. He has navigated through challenging business situations, while maintaining a clear and empathetic approach. His understanding of the role of cultures enables him to bring perspective and experience to make positive impactful change.
