James consistently delivers win-win solutions in demanding environments and ever-changing competitive retail landscapes.
James is a collaborative and trusted SME and advisor to executives, cross-functional groups, creative stakeholders, and business partners. He employs a firsthand approach and a keen sense of intuitive retail savviness to inspire individuals and groups to uncover innovative customer journey maps to bolster brand recognition and foster sales spikes. In recent years, James led retailer e-commerce for the Estee Lauder Company’s portfolio of brands in North America and oversaw e-commerce / digital strategies for brand-owned websites esteelauder.com, maccosmetics.com and toofaced.com.
James resides in Westchester, New York with his wife, daughter and son where he enjoys spending time with family and cheering on his kids at their various activities. James serves on the Board of Directors and oversees marketing for The Chappaqua School Foundation which funds innovative projects and programs for the Chappaqua Central School District. James volunteers with the PTA and spends his Saturdays in the Fall and Spring on the soccer field coaching a youth soccer team.
