Kelly Colbert is a seasoned professional with a genuine passion for building and fostering robust customer relationships. With over 25 years of expertise in both B2B and B2C Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty Strategy, Kelly has consistently delivered results on a global scale.

Throughout her career, Kelly has taken the reins of CRM functions for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, including notable roles at the Walt Disney Company, Estee Lauder Companies, and Tiffany & Co. She founded Disney’s email marketing program when email was just taking off, oversaw CRM Strategy & Loyalty for North America across 30 brands at Estee Lauder, and built and oversaw the global Customer Strategy and Analytics function at Tiffany & Co.

In the last 5 years, Kelly has played a crucial role in the success stories of Omni-Channel and D2C retailers such as 10 Corso Como, Rebecca Minkoff, Nest New York, Malin & Goetz, Francesca’s, Janie & Jack, Lord & Taylor, and others. Beyond retail, she has led operational and strategic transformations for prominent companies in the Pharma, Fintech, and Wellness sectors, including Novo Nordisk, Snap Finance, and Equinox.

Kelly’s dedication to client satisfaction, her ability to cultivate positive workplace cultures, her market acumen, and her track record of driving tangible results solidify her standing as a leader in her field.
