Michelle Horowitz brings a unique blend of C-suite marketing experience and legal expertise, positioning her at the forefront of data privacy and cybersecurity law. With over 12 years of executive leadership in consumer brands and marketing technology, Michelle has consistently delivered innovative solutions balancing personalized marketing strategies with robust privacy protection.

Michelle has held C-suite positions at Ann Taylor Loft, Diane von Furstenberg, Destination Maternity, Equinox/Blink Fitness, Janie and Jack, and Thomson Reuters. Her roles as Marketing Officer, Chief of Staff, and Head of E-commerce and Customer Service have given her a comprehensive understanding of how technology drives data-driven decision-making and marketing excellence.

Michelle’s commitment to professional growth is evident in her academic pursuits. In 2023, she graduated with honors from Cornell Law School’s Master of Science in Legal Studies program, focusing on cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management. She’s pursuing a Juris Doctor degree and working towards IAPP certification in US Private Sector Privacy, further solidifying her expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity law.

Michelle holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a BA from McGill University. She also completed a Harvard certificate program in AI, big data, and personalization, further enhancing her marketing technology and privacy law expertise.

Beyond her corporate roles, Michelle has served as a board advisor to AI enterprises cementing her reputation as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.

When not immersed in the world of marketing technology and privacy law, Michelle enjoys baking, running, and caring for rescue dogs. She spends her weekends exploring the scenic Hudson Valley, finding a perfect balance between her professional pursuits and personal passions.
