Mike Ridgewell has held leadership positions in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Digital Marketing globally for over 35 years, driving revenues and profits through boosting acquisition, activation, and increasing engagement for both startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Following 10 years in the UK D2C continuity and collectibles business for Franklin Mint and Lenox UK, Disney brought Mike to Los Angeles from the UK in 1998. He fell in love with loyalty while working on the team that created the Best Guest program for Disney Direct Marketing – to retain, recognize and reward the Disney Catalog and Disney Store’s premier consumers.

He led the team to develop the D2C strategy for Walt Disney Home Entertainment to support film releases for Disney, Marvel and Star Wars. He also spearheaded the launch and implementation of the Disney Movie Rewards loyalty program worldwide..

After leaving Disney, Mike joined Fandango to re-imagine and lead their CRM & Digital Teams to drive ticket sales and migration of in-home streaming services.

Mike now runs Denmark Street Marketing, developing direct-to-consumer, loyalty and retention strategies for both startups and Fortune 500 companies. He is a D2C advisor for the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board and holds fractional GM, CMO and Customer Success roles for clients in the B2C and B2B space in Entertainment, eCommerce, & SaaS.

Mike lives in Los Angeles with his wife and family. He is a lifelong learner, and is passionate about helping others grow. His interests include all things music and guitars, the outdoors, travel, and comedy.
