She founded Disney’s email marketing program when email was just taking off, oversaw CRM Strategy & Loyalty for North America across 30 brands at Estee Lauder, and built and oversaw the global Customer Strategy and Analytics function at Tiffany & Co.

In the last 5 years, Kelly has played a crucial role in the success stories of Omni-Channel and D2C retailers such as 10 Corso Como, Rebecca Minkoff, Nest New York, Malin & Goetz, Francesca’s, Janie & Jack, Lord & Taylor, and others.
