Mike Ridgewell has held leadership positions in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Digital Marketing globally for over 35 years, driving revenues and profits through boosting acquisition, activation, and increasing engagement for both startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Following 10 years in the UK D2C continuity and collectibles business for Franklin Mint and Lenox UK, Disney brought Mike to Los Angeles from the UK in 1998. He fell in love with loyalty while working on the team that created the Best Guest program for Disney Direct Marketing – to retain, recognize and reward the Disney Catalog and Disney Store’s premier consumers.

He led the team to develop the D2C strategy for Walt Disney Home Entertainment to support film releases for Disney, Marvel and Star Wars. He also spearheaded the launch and implementation of the Disney Movie Rewards loyalty program worldwide..

After leaving Disney, Mike joined Fandango to re-imagine and lead their CRM & Digital Teams to drive ticket sales and migration of in-home streaming services.

Mike now runs Denmark Street Marketing, developing direct-to-consumer, loyalty and retention strategies for both startups and Fortune 500 companies. He is a D2C advisor for the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board and holds fractional GM, CMO and Customer Success roles for clients in the B2C and B2B space in Entertainment, eCommerce, & SaaS.

Mike lives in Los Angeles with his wife and family. He is a lifelong learner, and is passionate about helping others grow. His interests include all things music and guitars, the outdoors, travel, and comedy.

Michelle has held C-suite positions at Ann Taylor Loft, Diane von Furstenberg, Destination Maternity, Equinox/Blink Fitness, Janie and Jack, and Thomson Reuters. Her roles as Marketing Officer, Chief of Staff, and Head of E-commerce and Customer Service have given her a comprehensive understanding of how technology drives data-driven decision-making and marketing excellence.

Michelle’s commitment to professional growth is evident in her academic pursuits. In 2023, she graduated with honors from Cornell Law School’s Master of Science in Legal Studies program, focusing on cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management. She’s pursuing a Juris Doctor degree and working towards IAPP certification in US Private Sector Privacy, further solidifying her expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity law.

Michelle holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a BA from McGill University. She also completed a Harvard certificate program in AI, big data, and personalization, further enhancing her marketing technology and privacy law expertise.

Beyond her corporate roles, Michelle has served as a board advisor to AI enterprises cementing her reputation as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.

When not immersed in the world of marketing technology and privacy law, Michelle enjoys baking, running, and caring for rescue dogs. She spends her weekends exploring the scenic Hudson Valley, finding a perfect balance between her professional pursuits and personal passions.

An early Digital and Shoppable Video pioneer and inventor of nearly 40 video-related patents, Jon launched a startup in 1999 to commercialize Machine Learning technology he had invented at the MIT Media Lab. Their demo for buying props and clothing in an episode of “Friends” using your TV remote received significant industry attention and led to their acquisition by a company ultimately acquired by Ericsson and the launch of highly successful TV-Commerce experiences like HSN’s “Shop By Remote.” At NBCUniversal Jon led numerous companywide technology, product and innovation teams in the Office of the CTO, helping launch new digital businesses and hundreds of industry-first experiences across the entire brand portfolio ranging from Online Streaming Video, to Responsive Websites and Mobile Apps, to Second Screen Interactive Experiences to Virtual Reality. As EVP & Chief Digital Officer at EPIX (An MGM Company) he led the development and launch of EPIX NOW, the highly-rated Direct-to-Consumer subscription platform, awarded two Webby honors for Best Streaming Service.
